Burning your favorite pictures to CD really isn't that difficult. These Instructions are for people using the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. Getting the pitures to your hard drive was probably not too hard using your camera's software. But not very many of those applications provide an easy way to then put those photos on CD so you can send them off to friends & family. Here's a step-by-step guide to doing just that.
First thing to do is insert your Blank CD-R media. When you do this, you should see a dialog asking what you wish to do. Choose the "Open writable CD folder using Windows Explorer" option.

Next, open My Documents. Double click the My Pictures
folder. (It is possible that your pics are in another folder. Check the documentation that came with your particular camera, to find where your pics are. Adjust these directions accordingly.)

Select all the pictures you want to burn. The easiest way to select everything is by tapping the Ctrl + A keys at the same time. Unselect any pics you don't want to put on the CD by holding the Ctrl key and clicking your mouse once on each pic you don't want. Right-click in the window and choose Copy

Click the Burn CD Window.

Right-click in the Burn CD Window folder and choose
Paste. It may take a while to copy all the pics, depending on how many you're burning.

Now click the command to burn the CD. It will take a few minutes to do the burn.

That should do it. Enjoy!
